About me

I’m an indie author from the UK with a PhD in Translation & Intercultural Studies and many years’ experience working as a translator. I have lived abroad in Mexico, Bolivia, France and Spain.

I’ve always written creatively as a hobby but after going down with multiple sclerosis in 2016, age 36, I started to take my hobby more seriously.

Since then, three of my short stories have been published online by Fairlight Books; and my self-published debut novel, ‘The Immaculate’, came out in April 2022.

In my hometown of Birmingham I am copy writer for Silver Birch Games as well as a member of Tindal St Fiction Group… When not in Birmingham I am to be found living off-grid on a mountain in northern Spain!
